This entry is marked "Condit. ad Fidem" which I take to mean that she was a convert and that the baptism was conditional on any earlier baptism in a non-Catholic church being invalid (you can't be baptised twice).
Is this entry for the baptism of your mother? I'll leave you to judge that. If it is then there is an obvious error in the entry for the surnames of her parents which should of course be Gascoigne not Tomlinson.
